Administration

Lauren is the Founder and Co-Owner of Orange Sterling Billing. She has over 15 years of extensive experience working with healthcare administration. Lauren started her career as a hospital receptionist and has worked her way though every medical administration department until she found her calling in Billing and Coding. 

Jacob is the Co-Owner of Orange Sterling Billing. Jacob partnered with his wife to create the agency after spending time working in billing while finishing his Masters in Social Work. Jacob is passionate about serving others and assists Lauren with making sure other practitioners are able to thrive in their practices so clients get the care they need.
